I love this...I too hear those words screaming for freedom. "Eyes opened to the soul. Soul of a poet." We poets are always delving within ourselves to split our soul with a pen.
"We poets." I love this. Yes. We poets must scribble and split our souls. I treasure your words here.
"Light bathing. Trees swaying." An artist indeed!Kay, Alberta, Canada
Why is it so hard for US to call ourselves artists? You. Thank you!
This is incredibly lovely! I really like the way you structured this.
Oh thank you Mama Zen, I'm slowly finding my way back to words. It's been a while for me.
Is a "rotary listing" an antique dial phone? Words, like numbers "one by one"? If I got that right, I am with you for the rest. Words. Almost. One by one. No matter. They touch the soul; They show the soul. Yes. That is a wonderful world!
so beautiful. <3
Beautiful, yes...the life of an artistis constantly stirred :DWell Done
Oh your words are such a compliment. Thank you Ella!
Yes. So lovely.
You are such a lovely friend!
I like restless spirit ~ Write on artist ~
Thank you Grace! Some try to contain the restless but it never works. We must follow where our hearts lead. :)
'restless' is one of my most defining inner characteristics. and the familiarity of things caged, pacing, screaming to get out... oh willow. how true does this ring for me. the feeling of these words, so true, like the language of light on trees, or of waves stirred up by the deep inner workings of the ocean.
I like this very much Willow. Ah yes that restless spirit.
i have completely fallen in love with your writing. xo
